SPARK Area on festival Rock za Bobrov, July 2017

Venue:  «Rock za Bobrov» festival at Borovaya aerodrome

 

Tasks:

  • To organize SPARK activation zones for BAT employees to spend a good time.
  • To hold marketing research and collect the respondents database among the participants of age.
  • To attract the participants’ attention to BAT activity area for building a positive image of the company.
  • To ensure that the participants permanently attend and participate in the activities of the BAT area at the festival.

 

Results: 

  • Collection of a big database after the marketing research.
  • 3 photo areas with individual design and appropriate illumination contributed to a big number of photos made and shared in social networks.
  • A comfortable heated zone for smoking and a lounge area with charging stations for smartphones and free wi-fi.
  • About 5000 gifts, including the branded ones, were handed out during the participation in the activity areas.
