This offsite corporate event in Antalya was designed as a strategic business tool to strengthen team cohesion, foster creative thinking, and align participants around shared company goals.

A carefully selected hotel was fully reserved exclusively for the group, and a custom-designed menu supported the rhythm of the program. Event Studio BON managed the planning, logistics, program design, and on-site coordination of the event.

The program combined a structured business block, creative and team-building games, a team quest, branded merchandise gifting, and engaging evening formats, including karaoke. The highlight of the event was a sailing regatta, where participants worked in teams, developed coordination skills, and achieved results in a dynamic environment.

The following day featured a yacht cruise, a team awards ceremony under the company flag, and informal networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
